Championship Day

Championship Day will begin with an on-field procession for all 24 teams at University of Denver’s Peter Barton Stadium prior to the start of the WSYL Championship Game. In addition to playing live on national TV and being decked out in the newest gear in the game, Championship teams will dress in the locker rooms used by the University of Denver players and their opponents.  The game will be shown live on the big screen in the stadium. During halftime of the WSYL Championship Game, we will  announce the All-World Teams and invite the recipients onto the field to receive their award. After the game, a post-game press conference will be  held, which will include the head coaches and select players from both the Champion and Runner-Up teams.
